Features: Compression ceiling design sloping from 9ft at front to 7ft at rear. Control room sight window measures 4ft high by 7ft wide. Equipment and computers on APC non-interruptible power supplies (UPS). Acoustically treated audio environment. Lit by halogen spots and indirect incandescents on independent dimmers. Patch bay integrated to include audio for video and provisions for patching your tape machines, processors and such into our system if needed via standard 1/4 T.S. jacks. 	Room
	FreeSpirit Studio is a detached, free-standing building, quietly and privately tucked away behind the home of owner Ray Sanchiz. Constructed over a period of two years, the studio was designed from the ground up to be a quality recording environment. From the floated hardwood floors and isolated wall plates to comfortable seating and theatrical lighting, ease and efficiency in creating a quality recorded product were of foremost consideration during construction. Centrally located in northwest Dallas near Midway Road and Walnut Hill Lane (Mapsco grid 24J), the studio is readily accessible from all adjacent cities. Although the studio has been operating since February '96, many improvements, upgrades, and finishing touches have been made during this period and as in all progressive studio environments, will continue to improve to meet your needs. MAIN ROOM Features: Floated hardwood floor with removable heavy acoustic carpeting. Ceiling height is 12ft along a 3ft center sloping to 9ft at walls. Eight isolated wall plates each containing two balanced Mic inputs, one unbalanced Line input and one Headphone Monitor return. All walls are doubled with proper acoustical treatment within and on interior surfaces, 1000 watts of indirect incandescent lighting and/or miniature halogen theatricals for color, spotting and mood. Tri-Star air purification system. Multiple acoustic isolation gobo's. Samsung 26" flown color video monitor. 75-ohm 1volt composite video access at front and rear of studio complete with stereo audio and/or code ports. See equipment list for more.

	PERCUSSION STAGE Features: Isolated, floated drum stage with 8 balanced Mic inputs, one unbalanced Line input and one Headphone Monitor return terminated at a two channel Furman remote gain station. Completely carpeted and lit with independent dimmer 50w halogens. Drum kit shown (Pearl DX Pro) and other percussion toys are available to use when visiting FreeSpirit Studio.
